Let me be honest with you.
I don't know what the hell I'm doing.
The truth is I don't know what to do about most things.
Right now, I don't know if this is the best way to start this page or not? I'm doubting myself and am thinking about what is going on in your head as you read this.
What I find it amusing that even though my thoughts are telling me: "You should write more seriously", I'm not bothered by them, and so I don't pay much attention to them.
The state of "not knowing what to do" is something I've struggled with for most of my life.
This was especially true eight years ago.
I was super stressed out running my restaurant like a control freak. I knew that I had to slow down, but I just didn't know how.
On the outside, I looked like I was super successful. I had a beautiful girlfriend, a gorgeous flat, a successful business. It really looked good. Lol! But inside, I felt empty, alone and so incredibly insecure.
I pushed through, worked like crazy, kept a smile on my face, stayed positive and did what my thinking was telling to do while terribly insecure and lonely.
Within nine months I had three stress-related anxiety attacks that forced me to close my restaurant.
Now, I had to "slow down".
I'm sharing this with you because I want you to know that life doesn't have to be so stressful and complicated. There is a simpler way of creating the business you love without the hustle, anxiety and control freakiness.

YOU HAVE AN INNER KNOWING THAT ALWAYS KNOWS WHAT TO DO. YOU JUST CAN'T ALWAYS SEE IT.
1. UNLEARNING
The first step is to realise that we have a lot of preconceived ideas about how life works that may not be serving us. What we know may have helped us well in the past, but it may be getting in the way of what we are really looking for.
We need to be willing to let go of what we believe to be true, let go of being right and simply allow truth to reveal itself.
2. SIMPLICITY
This is not a self-improvement group.
As you realise that who you really are has nothing to improve, your experience of life improves.
There will be no strategies, tools, visualisation techniques to manage your thoughts and emotions.
Instead, we will focus on insight based learning.
You will start to experience greater clarity, peace and a quiet mind, even when your life gets busy and "stressful" situations happen.
3. ANTI-EFFORT
Where do your best ideas and insights come from? You'll probably notice that they come to you effortlessly.
You may be in the shower or driving home and "out of the blue" with no effort whatsoever you have an "aha" moment.
In this programme, I will be pointing you to this "out of the blue" space so that these "aha moments" can do the heavy lifting, not you.
