AUTHENTIC RELATING THROUGH THE PRACTICE OF RADICIAL HONESTY
An invitation to explore, learn, have fun, seek out challenges, play, go deep and feel alive in a beautiful playground where you can safely practice the art of authentic relating through radical honesty.
WE NEED TO SPEAK OUR TRUTH.
FOR OUR OWN INTEGRITY, OUR OWN ALIVENESS, OUR OWN PURPOSE.
So often, we hold back, out of fear of hurting others and being rejected.
So how do we tell our truth with heart?
How do we speak from a deep knowing that our truth is not a weapon but a gift that sets us all free?
How can we create more deep connection with effortless ease and joy everyday?
In this one day highly experiential workshop, we’ll explore ways of standing strongly “in our truth” with open hearts, clear minds and having our feet firmly planted on the ground while staying open, curious, and present.
WHAT IS RADICAL HONESTY?
Radical Honesty is a form of authentic sharing that creates the possibility of love and intimacy. It can help you come closer to who you really are, to let go of social obligations, to forgive people and yourself more freely, to embrace yourself beyond judgements and stories of the mind, to clear your past relations to people and to connect with people more from your heart in your actual life. Its about training yourself to live and notice from moment to moment and to stop pretending and lying. It's an authentic way of connecting to yourself and others.

WHY AM I DOING THIS?
Just one year ago, someone told me:
“I can’t connect with you Philippe, to me you’re just are too inauthentic.”
Ouch. I was hurt and angry to hear that. I was trapped in my own mind about who I thought I was supposed to be. I started noticing that despite all the work I had done on myself I was still mostly being a nice guy, longing to be loved and accepted by others. What I was saying was often very nice but rarely was it real.
Practicing radical honesty as a way of being and living has been one of the most impactful changes I have made in my life. It has brought me closer to myself, to the people I love and it has also allowed me to let go of energy draining relationships in a beautiful and respectful manner.
What I don't want you to know about me is that sometimes I feel that I really suck at being real and easily fall back into my nice guy role. I'm certainly not an expert at this way of being and I look forward to creating an environment where we can all learn from each other.
