If you find yourself in a place where stress and overthinking is really impacting your health, your relationships and your business, you may want to consider working with me one to one.
My coaching is not about helping you get insights. It's about helping us realise where is the source of all insights come from. The deeper we explore this together, the more you find yourself accepting and loving whatever experience you're having.
What if the only thing that separates you from where you are now and where you want to be is insighT?
An insight is realising what is true and what is untrue.
Let me give you an example by telling you a short story about Diana.
Diana was afraid of flying and whenever she had to take a plane it was very stressful for her. As she often had to fly she learned to cope with her anxiety. As soon as he would board a plane, she would listen to relaxing music and tell herself everything is ok. Until one day, she realised that there is nothing to be afraid of. She realised that she was actually perfectly safe and what was causing her anxiety was not the flying, but the fearful thinking she had around flying. Diana had an insight.
She saw what was true: The fact that she had a thinking problem, not a flying problem. And saw what was untrue. She didn’t need to listen to relaxing music in order to be ok on a plane. She saw that she was ok and never again needed to manage her anxiety and something unimaginable occurred: She started to enjoy flying.
Where do insights come from?
So what happened to Diana? And how did she get this insight?
If you’re curious to explore the answers to these questions more deeply, this is the kind of conversations I love having people who are open and willing to see something new.
My work is not theoretical or philosophical, it is a simple conversation designed to get you out of your head and wake you up to seeing what is true and what is untrue for yourself.
